Job summary

We are on the lookout for outstanding, highly talented professionals to become a full-time Senior Consultant at our esteemed client's company. This role offers the opportunity to lead dedicated teams addressing intricate clients challenges that extend across various sectors worldwide. You will collaborate with the world's foremost corporations, governments, and social sector organizations, delving into their business problems, exploring the underlying causes, and examining the impacts that span either the entire supply chain or specific operations. Your responsibilities will include crafting actionable solutions for business processes, system modeling, and operational management to effectively tackle these issues. Furthermore, you will assess the effectiveness, business needs, and integration of existing systems, technologies, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Offer expertise in business consulting with a focus on organizational design, change management, and transformation management.
  • Conduct analysis of existing business processes, pinpoint critical issues, and devise solutions that balance operational needs with management objectives.
  • Assist in project management duties and take charge of small-scale projects.
  • Drive the development of solutions and establish consulting frameworks to enhance value in designated projects.
  • Head interview sessions, oversee deliverable quality, and craft impactful consulting presentations.
  • Mentor and guide consultants in their professional development.

Qualifications

  • Possess an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with an exceptional academic record.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management office roles, change management, or organizational design.
  • Background in working with a business consulting firm.
  • Involved in 2 or more transformation-related consulting projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering solutions for change management or organizational design.
  • Demonstrated ability in using expertise for business issue analysis and developing solution designs for business transformation.
  • Skilled in team leadership, team management, supervisory roles, and people management.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Excellent reasoning and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of presenting information clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Intellectually curious, rigorous, and creative, with an agile mind.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships based on openness and trust, effective in teamwork, and balancing inquiry with advocacy.
  • Comfortable tackling complex issues without clear "right" answers.
  • Patient and resilient in the face of uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
