Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a talented and visionary Financial Strategy Consultant to join our esteemed clients team. As a pivotal figure in their dynamic environment, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing digital strategies for a diverse range of clientele. Your contributions will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business success. The Financial Services Business Unit, specializing in strategy, business processes, and IT consulting, is dedicated to promoting digital transformation in the financial services industry, covering banking, capital markets, insurance, consumer finance, and other sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Offer insights into the latest industry trends and market solutions for banks and securities companies.
• Lead the development of services to explore new opportunities in the banking industry and capital market across South East Asia.
• Manage end-to-end sales activities, leading proposal development with support from ABeam's management team in Thailand and the global banking and capital market team in regional offices.
• Act as a project manager, defining work plans and budgets for entire projects in banks and securities companies.
• Customize project management methodologies to align with different clients' business contexts, cultures, and project characteristics.
• Oversee budget, scope, timelines, quality, risks, issues, communication, team resources, and subcontractors across all streams for the entire project.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated management consultant who is a team player, adept problem-solver, exceptional communicator, analytical thinker, and strong leader with expertise in a specific function, industry, or service area, committed to adding tangible value to our clients.

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in the banking industry or capital market.
• Understanding of practical banking or capital market business processes and operations.
• Experience in managing sales activities, including proposal creation and presentation.
• Established relationships with management levels in banks, securities companies, or related firms in Thailand or other SEA countries is advantageous.
• Certification in project management, finance, or related programs is a plus.
• Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to clients.
• Flexibility for domestic and international travel.
