Supply Chain Transformation Consultant

We Supply Talent is conducting the search process for a specialist consulting firm providing market leading consulting solutions within supply chain & digital transformation arena.

You will be tasked to deliver a range of consulting activities, engaging with client side stakeholders & solving complex business issues. Our client prides themselves on delivering highly detailed consulting services & has developed a demand for high quality services.

Supply Chain Operation Analysis and Design (Business Process Re-engineering)

• Understand clients business strategy and supply chain and logistics characteristics.
• Analyze Process, Data, System, Organization, Skill related to either whole Supply Chain Management or either Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Sales management, Production management, Purchase, warehouse management, Logistic/transportation management for its business issues, root causes and impact.
• Design practical solutions (Conceptual and/or Detail) regarding Business process, system model, operation management method to solve identified issues effectively

Supply Chain Management system and ERP Assessment

• Model Supply Chain technology to enable to-be business design
• Assessment of the technology from each Supply chain related system (,e ERP/WMS/PMS etc.,) in order to develop Technology model and its transformation roadmap
• Facilitate technology selection process by managing bidding process and scoring the vendor from tactical, technical, project management and investment perspective.
• Performing supply chain business process improvement measures with the client to achieve operational KPI targets.

Solution Deployment support and SCM Technology Project Management

• Facilitate solution implementation with business users by training, coaching, manage project and monitoring progress.

Project Management of System implementation projects and managing vendors, project schedule and scope management.

Qualifications & Experience you will need

• 2 years minimum of SCM business process design, business analysis with whole Supply chain management or its sub-operation (Planning, Sales, Production, Logistics, warehouse, Purchase.
  
• Experience working for Business or Management Consulting Firm, Technology Consulting Firms or business companies as project manage experience within supply chain department for reputable corporate
• Problem Solving skills
• Presentation and Effective Communication skills

Professional user in: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Teams

Academic: First Class honours from a reputable university in Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics (MBA from reputable university would be an advantage)

Competency skills: Logical thinking, Business sense, effective presentation, interviewing skills, negotiation / Influencing skills, team leadership skills, Creativity

Professional Skills: Understanding of Supply Chain Management concept and have specific skill either on Supply Chain Planning or Material Planning or Sales management or Production management or Purchase management or warehouse management or Logistic/transportation management.

Language skills: English (Business proficiency level), Thai (Proficiency level), Able to Perform interview sessions in both Thai and English.
