What Are We Looking For?

We're in search of a Finance Transformation Consultant with specialized skills encompassing both technical and business domains. As a member of our Finance Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives by optimizing and transforming end-to-end financial and accounting processes. This role places a strong emphasis on soft skills, and we value individuals with a passion for personal career growth in financial management transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Transformation: Develop and execute process transformation strategies that align with the client's business and technology directions
• Current State Assessment: Conduct comprehensive project activities to assess the existing end-to-end business processes and operations of the client
• Enhancement Prioritization: Evaluate and analyze areas for improvement as per the transformation strategy and establish priority enhancements
• Insightful Deliverables: Generate project deliverables that provide invaluable insights and unlock the potential of the client's operations
• Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and publications to support deal pursuit objectives
• Financial Analysis Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the client's business strategy and financial operations, offering insights and solutions to enhance financial management
• Financial System Evaluation: Evaluate financial systems, including ERPs, and technology components, guiding the selection and implementation of solutions to support business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a Top Tier Thai University or International University (An MSc or MBA would be advantageous)
• Proficiency in accounting, finance operations, processes, and effective communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in both English and Thai for conducting interviews
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Competency in logical thinking, business acumen, interviewing, negotiation/influencing, team leadership, and creativity
• Experience with financial technologies and systems, such as ERP, financial reporting tools, and budgeting software would be advantageous
• Experience in transformation or business process improvement projects is necessary
