As a Finance product owner of the company, you will work closely with stakeholders, head of products, related internal departments, including business partners, technology teams, and customers, to ensure that our products meet their requirements and align with our company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Be able to prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer needs.
• Ensuring the needs of the customer are met to ensure that the development team is delivering the right products.
• Research markets and customer preferences for product ideas.
• Work closely with the team to develop and maintain product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Corporate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of finance solutions.
• Align the finance portfolio with overall business strategy.
• Being a leader to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of the finance portfolio.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-standard delivery of finance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 2 years minimum experience of a finance Product Owner or finance consultant
• Fluently speak Thai and English
• Strong knowledge and understanding treasury and order-to-cash, accounting, record to report, and statutory reporting.
• Experience in procurement-to-pay (P2P) digitalization and transaction processing is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in KYB/KYC/KYM is a must.
• Familiar with Oracle EPM/EBS suite applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work well under pressure with a tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Effective in both independent and team-oriented work environments.
• Fast learner with good negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• General retail and finance background is preferable but not required.
