Logistics Consultant

Role Overview: As a Logistics Consultant, you are required to comprehend the entire process and strategy of individual clients concerning Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement. Subsequently, collaborate with the team to successfully deliver projects to clients.

Responsibilities:

• [A] Assessment: Evaluate clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and systems. Assess the best-fit solutions and functionalities for clients, aiming for automation where applicable
• [B] Business Analysis: Analyze business models, processes, data, and systems to identify and solve issues, root causes, and impacts related to Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement
• [C] Coordinating: Coordinate between the team and clients in each department, including warehouse/procurement IT vendors and others, for project system evaluations
• [D] Designing: Develop in-depth and practical solutions for organizational strategy, processes, business solutions, and operation management models
• [E] Engagement: Collaborate within the team to support each project component, driving achievable results for both the team and clients
• [F] Functional: Take a functional role in consulting, leading and supporting interview sessions, delivering comprehensive presentations, and creating high-quality deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (from a top-tier university is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, SCM process design, Business Analysis, or Business Consulting in Logistics industries (Experience with Japanese companies is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in supply chain management and processing, including Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement Process systems is a must
• Advantageous to have ERP software knowledge in supply chain-related modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics are desirable
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and conduct interview sessions
• Confidence but humble, and high motivation to deliver efficient results to clients
