Performance Marketing Executive Google Shopping / eCommerce (Remote, Asia-based)

Location: Remote (Asia-based team members currently in Malaysia, Cambodia, India, Philippines, Myanmar, and Vietnam)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM 2:30 PM UK time

Our client is an award-winning UK-based digital marketing and technology company specialising in helping global retail brands accelerate online sales through Google Shopping and paid media campaigns. With a strong and growing presence in Asia, they combine intelligent automation and expert campaign management to deliver measurable results across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

They are now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Google Shopping) to join their expanding Asia team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented marketer who is passionate about eCommerce and performance advertising.

This role is fully remote and involves daily collaboration with UK-based teams and international clients. Therefore, excellent English communication skills and confidence in audio/video meetings are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimise Google Shopping campaigns for global retail brands

  • Configure and maintain product feeds in Google Merchant Center

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise ROI, and increase sales

  • Strategically allocate and monitor campaign budgets across markets and product lines

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights

  • Collaborate with UK and Asia teams on campaign strategies and client communications

  • Liaise with English-speaking clients to deliver campaign updates and recommendations

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • Proficient with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Confident conducting client meetings via video and audio calls

  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness

  • Competent in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations

  • Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid media platforms is advantageous

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and online advertising
