WARRANTY CLAIMS SPECIALIST (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY)

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive client and are seeking several Warranty Claims Specialists to join their team. These are site-based roles at dealerships across the Midlands, East Anglia, the South East, and Central London.

Purpose of the Role

As a Warranty Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of warranty claims while maintaining compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for minimising warranty rejection rates and helping to drive excellent audit standards across the business.

What You'll Do

• Efficiently and accurately process warranty claims in line with company procedures and standards.
• Work closely with the Aftersales Team, providing coaching and guidance where needed.
• Accurately record warranty claim data and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Process payments and credits arising from warranty claims.

Who You Are

We are looking for a Warranty Claims Specialist with:

• Experience: Previous experience working in warranty, parts, or service departments within the automotive industry.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and organisational skills.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Team Player: A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting the wider Aftersales team.
