Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Remote Strategic Partnership Development Manager to identify, cultivate, and secure key partnerships that align with WeCare Medical Specialty Group's strategic growth objectives. This role is critical in expanding our network, enhancing our service capabilities, and driving new revenue streams through mutually beneficial collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic alliances from inception to execution. This is a fully remote position, requiring a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Identification & Prospecting:

Research, identify, and qualify potential strategic partners (e.g., healthcare systems, physician groups, technology providers, ACOs, payers, telehealth platforms, community organizations) that align with WeCare's strategic vision and growth areas.

Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet needs that can be addressed through strategic partnerships.

Relationship Building & Cultivation:

Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner organizations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership inquiries and lead the initial outreach and engagement process.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

Lead the entire partnership lifecycle, including initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, due diligence, and contract negotiation.

Develop compelling value propositions that highlight the mutual benefits of a partnership with WeCare Medical Specialty Group.

Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and clinical teams to structure robust and compliant partnership agreements.

Strategic Alignment & Integration:

Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, IT, Clinical Leadership) to ensure strategic alignment and successful integration of new partnerships.

Develop and present comprehensive business cases for new partnerships, including financial projections, operational impact, and strategic rationale.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Establish clear metrics for partnership success and routinely monitor performance against defined KPIs.

Identify opportunities for optimizing existing partnerships to maximize value and address any challenges.

Prepare and present regular reports on partnership pipeline, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Industry Representation:

Represent WeCare Medical Specialty Group at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to identify opportunities and build brand awareness.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure all partnership activities comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute) and company policies.

Qualifications:

Work Permit/Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit allowing employment in the United States.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, closing, and managing complex strategic alliances that have demonstrably contributed to organizational growth.

Experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, payers, or health tech companies is highly desirable.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify long-term opportunities and align them with organizational goals.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and interpret financial statements, build basic financial models for partnership proposals, and analyze ROI.

Self-Motivated & Independent: Highly disciplined and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Remote Work Capabilities: Must have a reliable internet connection, a professional home office setup, and be comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents). Ability to travel occasionally for key meetings or industry events (estimated 10-20%).
