WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking an experienced Data Visualization Specialist to design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and visual reports that communicate key performance metrics, clinical trends, and business intelligence across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and design skills to transform complex data sets into easy-to-understand visuals that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to understand data needs and translate them into interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Design and develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Create compelling data narratives that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

Optimize data visualizations for performance and usability.

Maintain documentation on dashboards and data sources.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Analyze large datasets and synthesize information to support operational and clinical goals.

Contribute to the development of data governance and visualization standards.

Provide end-user training and support on visualization tools and dashboards.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and healthcare analytics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or data analytics.

Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.

Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience working with healthcare datasets (EHR/EMR data, claims data, patient outcomes, etc.) is highly desirable.

Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of design aesthetics and user experience.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of data privacy and HIPAA compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).

Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, CMS reporting, or population health analytics.

Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms is a plus.
