Position Overview:

WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and supporting various marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, attract new patients, and foster patient loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, brochures, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand voice and guidelines.

Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.

Proofread and edit all marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.

Digital Marketing Support:

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Maintain and update the company website content using content management systems (CMS).

Assist with managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.

Marketing Campaign Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.

Track and report on the results of marketing campaigns, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) and analysis.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.

Analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.

Administrative and Project Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and organizing marketing materials.

Assist with various marketing projects as needed.

Maintain organized records of marketing activities and results.

Compliance and Brand Management:

Ensure all marketing activities adhere to healthcare regulations and company compliance guidelines.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Proven ability to create compelling and engaging written content for various platforms.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.

Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
