1.Purpose of Job Profile
The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Delivery role provides EHS support and
guidance to assigned projects and contracts. The role supports the Project Manager /
MSCOO in ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and company EHS requirements,
while promoting a strong safety culture to achieve Target Zero.
2.Responsibilities and Outcomes
a.EHS Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with legal, customer, and company EHS requirements
- Conduct EHS compliance checks for assigned projects and sites
- Perform REHS and permit-to-work reviews and verifications
- Support office and site regulatory requirements, including Safety Officer-related
activities where applicable
- Participate in EHS and project governance meetings and performance reviews
b.Operational Control and Site Assurance
- Conduct EHS inspections, checks, and audits at project sites
- Perform physical site visits to verify EHS implementation and compliance
- Follow up and verify closure of corrective and preventive actions from audits,
inspections, and incidents
c.Risk, Incident, and Opportunity Management
- Support the Project Manager in preparing, reviewing, and updating the EHS
Project Plan
- Support risk assessments and implementation of risk control measures
- Respond to EHS incidents and participate in investigations, including Stop Work
Authority (SWA) cases
- Analyze incident trends and recommend preventive and corrective actions
d.Roles, Responsibilities, and Competence
- Define and support EHS roles and responsibilities for key project and supplier
personnel
- Verify OHS certifications and competencies of project and supplier personnel
- Develop and support EHS training, induction, and refresher programs, including
