DPO-One, a dynamic company with a language-independent SaaS solution, is looking for an energetic Director to accelerate the growth phase and conquer the privacy compliance market in each region.

About DPO-One:

DPO-One offers an advanced SaaS solution for legal counsels, DP Officers, andorganizations that want to test their processes against privacy legislation. Our flexible tool is not only able to support individual companies (Medium to Enterprise), but also federations and sports federations in guiding their members/clubs towards compliance with the law. Language-independent and applicable worldwide, we have already achieved success in various countries.

Job Description

As Sales Director at DPO-One, you will be at the commercial helm of an innovative company with enormous growth potential. Your focus is on starting and expanding the sales organization in your territory.

Your responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-One as the privacy compliance solution in your region.

2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers, and deepen existing relationships. Give direction to our sales and marketing and build a team that grows with your success.

3. Product Development: Drive innovation and work closely with the development team and MD, to continuously improve and adapt our SaaS solution to territorial needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable experience in successfully selling solutions/ Consultative selling.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality. Can Do!

- Excellent communication skills in German (D-A-CH), Spanish; Portuguese (Latin

America), Japanese (Japan), and of course English (US/Canada and all regions), which is the working language within the company.

- Leadership abilities.

- Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus.
