Respiratory Therapist Full-Time

Welltech Partners is currently seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for a full-time position at a respected 116-bed skilled nursing facility in Stockton, CA. This facility is known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Were looking for a licensed RT who is comfortable working independently, contributes positively to team dynamics, and is always ready to support fellow clinicians and staff.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

• No weekends required (weekend coverage already in place)

In this role, you will be the only respiratory therapist in the department and will be responsible for:

• Working independently and managing your own patient load

• Assessing and treating patients with breathing issues, managing ventilators, providing respiratory treatments, and responding to emergencies

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper function of all respiratory equipment and supplies

• Documenting care accurately and collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff

• Communicating and educating patients and their families on respiratory care

• Building strong relationships to support a team-centered culture

Additional Details:

• Experience with Point Click Care preferred

• No trach management required

• Prefer candidates with prior experience in a skilled nursing facility

Salary: $45 to $55/hr depending on experience

Certifications & Requirements:

• Current CPR certification

• RRT license in California
