Pay Rate: $120,000 to $135,000 per year (DOE)

Days: Monday to Friday (Flexible)

About:

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of surgical and patient care. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical team, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the surgery center.

​Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinical staff and OR team (approx. 10 employees)
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting bodies (including Medicare)
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for clinical care
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing and surgical staff
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Participate in audits, surveys, and inspections with regulatory agencies
• Monitor patient safety, infection control, and risk management protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative leaders to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) Required
• Proven supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including Medicare and CMS guidelines
• Active RN license in the state of California
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay Rate:

• $120,000 to $135,000 per year plus Benefits (Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits)
