WellTech Partners is currently seeking a Licensed Dietitian (RD) on behalf of a respected 116-bed skilled nursing facility in Stockton, California. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional who is passionate about improving residents nutritional health and overall well-being.

About the Role:
As the facilitys Licensed Dietitian, you will play a key role in providing clinical nutrition services and ensuring that dietary needs are met in alignment with health plans and care goals. The role offers flexibility, including some remote work options, with on-site presence required at least 1 to 2 days per week to support ongoing assessments, team collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete nutrition evaluations for all new admissions

• Conduct annual nutrition reviews and assessments

• Monitor and address significant weight changes in residents

• Attend weekly interdisciplinary team meetings to support care planning

• Perform monthly kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ongoing facility improvement efforts

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Flexible hours, coordinated with the RD to meet facility needs

• Option for some remote work; on-site presence required at least 1 to 2 days per week

Compensation:

• $50 to $65/hr depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in the state of California

• Experience in a post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for improving resident outcomes and supporting facility standards

• Background Check required
