Schedule: Flexible (4x10s or 5x8s)
Pay: $55/hour

Youll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver personalized, high-quality care to residents in a welcoming and team-oriented setting.

What Youll Do

  • Carry out individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Track and document patient progress, maintaining accuracy for clinical and billing requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
  • Monitor patient changes and report promptly to the supervising therapist.
  • Support interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal standards of care.

What Were Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current COTA license in good standing (State of California).
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start).
  • Knowledge of Medicare and other payer documentation standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift over 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and standing as part of patient care.
  • Must meet facility health requirements, including a pre-employment physical.
