Were partnering with a respected healthcare provider in Stillwater, Oklahoma to hire a Home Health Physical Therapist who enjoys delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across different settings.

This role offers a flexible 40hr weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients recovery journeys—right where they need it most.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing Physical Therapeutic services for home care patients with disease/disability, providing preventive health measures, and providing services on an intermittent in accordance with plan of care.

Caseload: 45 minute appointments, 5-7 patients/day, 15-20 patients/week depending on need and frequency. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program, DPT preferred.
• Active OK Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Drivers License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.
• Automobile liability insurance required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or > 100 lbs.) for most of the shift
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.)
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.
• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
• Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients.
• Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
• Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.
