• Pay Range: $46.47 $65.05 per hour (DOE)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • Up To $20,000 with 3+ years Acute Care experience

About the Role
Welltech Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room to join our partner hospital in Porterville, CA. This is a full-time opportunity where you'll play a critical role in providing patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

We're looking for an RN who thrives in high-pressure situations, demonstrates clinical excellence, and is committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and care for patients of all ages in the Emergency Department.

Utilize holistic nursing skills to address patient needs, including psychosocial, biophysical, environmental, and teaching considerations.

Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Administer medications safely and accurately, troubleshoot equipment, and resolve clinical issues effectively.

Monitor, evaluate, and communicate changes in patient conditions with the medical team.

Uphold infection prevention protocols, Joint Commission standards, and hospital policies.

Demonstrate adherence to the Nursing Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California.

• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

• MICN Certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire).

• Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire).

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in an Acute Care setting.

• RN experience in the Emergency Department within the last 2 years required.
