By submitting a referral to Welltech Partners, you agree to the following terms:

You have obtained the referred candidate’s consent to share their contact details, resume, employment information or other relevant information with us.
Referral incentives will be provided only after the referred candidate is successfully placed in a role through Welltech Partners and completes a pre-agreed minimum employment period, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The referred candidate must not already exist in Welltech Partners’ database or have been in prior contact with our recruiters.
Any reward, bonus, or incentive will be subject to applicable taxes and issued at Welltech Partners’ discretion.
We reserve the right to change or cancel referral programs or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.
