Wellx is redefining insurance across the region by merging insurtech with wellbeing. For our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - we're looking for a Product Manager to work closely with teams across KSA and UAE to launch, scale, and improve our insurance and wellness offerings in the Saudi market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading product initiatives end-to-end from opportunity to execution with delivery excellence.
• Managing cross-functional projects with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Writing crystal-clear documentation: product specs, proposals, functional documents, and RFPs.
• Owning the backlog, sprint planning, and execution process in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Collaborating with sales, ops, and partners to build insurance products that are competitive, compliant, and loved.
• Defining and tracking key product metrics including adoption, performance, and engagement.
• Working hands-on with tools and data to monitor product health, inform decisions, and uncover opportunities.
• Supporting product growth initiatives across engagement, activation, and feature adoption.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills including specs, business cases, proposals, and RFPs.
• Strong command of project management methodologies agile, sprint-based delivery, and issue tracking.
• Data-obsessed you love digging into numbers, defining metrics, and using insights to make better decisions.
• Comfortable working across technical and business domains.

Preferred Experience

• Background in insurance or insurtech.

• Experience with growth: improving app usage, retention, or driving feature adoption.
• Familiarity with KSA insurance regulations or distribution models.

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple markets.
