We're hiring an Engagement or Product Growth Manager to completely own the client relationship from onboarding to downloads, to engagement and renewal. You'll be the main point of contact for our B2B partners (leading companies from GCC), using a data-driven, customer-obsessed approach to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, campaign rollout, adoption tracking, engagement, and renewal
  • Designing and executing product-led growth initiatives that drive app downloads, onboarding success, daily/weekly usage, and feature adoption
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to clients (mainly HR, brokers, wellness leads), helping them design and optimize wellness campaigns through the Wellx platform
  • Driving client engagement metrics: app usage, activation, campaign performance, coin redemptions, and overall satisfaction
  • Owning quarterly business reviews, performance reports, and engagement workshops with clients
  • Running wellness-focused webinars and in-person client events, with confidence in hosting and public speaking
  • Using martech and CRM tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, or Braze to build journeys and manage client communications
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to product, marketing, and leadership
  • Ensuring smooth renewal processes and identifying upsell or expansion opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Engagement Manager, Product Marketing, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager) in a tech or SaaS company
  • Strong experience with martech platforms - Customer.io, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar tools
  • Data-driven mindset - you analyze engagement metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance to optimize outcomes
  • High customer centricity - you're proactive, empathetic, and always thinking about delivering value to clients
  • Experience organizing and leading events, webinars, or workshops, with confidence in public speaking and presenting
  • Strong project and relationship management skills - you're organized, articulate, and trusted by clients

Bonus Points

  • Experience in healthtech, insurtech, or wellbeing platforms

  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus

  • Experience with wellness programs or working with HR/wellness teams

  • Regional knowledge of the GCC or KSA/UAE markets
