Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Wellx, a trailblazing company at the intersection of insurance and wellness.
You’ll be working across a variety of products in our portfolio - from member-facing wellness features to broker tools, internal ops platforms, and more. But make no mistake: this role is not about just owning a roadmap - it’s about driving high-impact outcomes, shipping at speed, and turning strategy into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering - you will lead fast-paced, high-quality product delivery with a laser focus on execution.
Owning product discovery - identifying real problems, testing assumptions, and validating solutions before we build.
Collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, ops, and leadership to make meaningful progress every week.
Driving growth and engagement through features that improve app usage, stickiness, and retention.
Defining, implementing, and analyzing product metrics - both qualitative and quantitative, and reporting on what matters.
Working closely with our data tools to set up event tracking, measure performance, and run product success and experiments.
Balancing long-term vision with short-term scrappiness.
Required Qualifications (*That we will not compromise on)
Over 5 years of experience in Product Management specifically, preferably in both consumer apps and B2B
Strategic thinker, laser focused on execution
Experience in engagement, activation, and retention strategies while balancing broader product initiatives
Hands-on experience with user research, A/B testing, and data analytics tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
Super strong product delivery skills - you know how to break down complexity, plan realistically, and hit deadlines.
Experience with product discovery - not just reacting to requests, but proactively identifying opportunities.
Excellent data fluency - you know how to work with product analytics, track success metrics, and spot insights.
Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, or Amplitude for event tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting.
A track record of improving app engagement and retention through iterative work.
Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with high accountability and limited hand-holding.
Nice to have:
Experience working in health-tech or insur-tech companies
Arabic language (this will be a very strong plus)
