    As we grow across the region, were looking for a Customer Support Agent who can deliver exceptional, empathetic, and efficient service to our members across the GCC. You'll be the voice of Wellx answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for every user.

    What Youll Be Doing

    • Providing fast, friendly, and solution-oriented support to our members via chat, phone, and email.
    • Handling inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, health features, app usage, and reward redemptions.
    • Documenting and escalating issues, bugs, or unusual member cases to the appropriate internal teams.
    • Becoming an expert on our platform from insurance benefits to health integrations and guiding users with confidence.
    • Working within support tools and CRMs to ensure proper ticket handling and response tracking.
    • Maintaining high CSAT and first response time standards, while improving internal knowledge bases.
    • Collaborating with product and operations to improve processes based on member feedback and recurring issues.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in a customer support or customer experience role.
    • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). This is non-negotiable.
    • Experience working in tech company.
    • Located in Egypt, Jordan, or a country within 2 hours of Dubai time (GMT+4).
    • Strong communication skills clear, warm, and concise.
    • Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk or similar tools, but able to adapt to offline process too.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple conversations at once.
    • High attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people.

    Nice-to-Have

    • Previous experience in health, insurance, or wellness tech companies.
    • Familiarity with mobile apps and connected health features (e.g. wearable integrations, dashboards).
    • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments.
