Project

We are seeking a proactive and experienced L2 Support Technician to join a Desktop Management team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to internal users, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues while following ITSM best practices.

Role

    • Provide Level 2 support for hardware and software incidents and service requests
    • Install, configure, and maintain desktop components, including operating systems and business applications
    • Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 10/11), client-server architecture, and desktop configurations
    • Perform issue diagnosis related to services, processes, and system files
    • Support and maintain Microsoft Outlook clients and Microsoft Exchange architecture
    • Provide user-level support for the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Monitor systems using Zabbix, and create/manage tickets based on incident escalation
    • Support mobile devices (iOS and Android) including ActiveSync configuration
    • Use ITSM tools to follow support and change management processes
    • Follow best practices to ensure all assigned tasks are executed efficiently and accurately
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.

    We are looking for

    • Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in Desktop Management / IT Support (L2 level)
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
    • Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and desktop deployments
    • Familiarity with Zabbix monitoring and ticketing systems
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft client-server environments
    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange client usage and configuration
    • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks
    • User-level knowledge of mobile devices (iOS & Android) and ActiveSync
    • Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
