QA Lead

Job description:

As a Lead QA, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products. Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with project and organizational objectives.

• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Create and execute detailed test plans based on project requirements.

• Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.

• Oversee the execution of test cases and analyze results.
  

  
  
  Technologies:

• Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +6 years of experience.

• Skills Required: Tosca Data Integrity, Tricentis qTest, SQL (SQL Server/Oracle DB), BI, ELT/ETL, DW/DM, & QA Practice Concepts, Agile

• Enthusiasm for solving complicated and complex problems in proven and cutting-edge ways.

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated willingness to teach others and learn new techniques.

• High-level English communication is needed (B2+ / C1)
