Key Responsibilities
Tax Planning & Compliance
- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns
- Oversee tax compliance engagements for individuals and business entities

- Stay current on evolving tax regulations and legislation
Client Advisory Services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as a trusted resource for tax and business questions

Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax professionals

Qualifications
Required
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience reviewing business and individual tax returns
- Strong tax research and planning capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
