What You'll Be Doing
Review and manage business and individual tax returns
Work directly with closely held companies, business owners, and high-net-worth clients
Oversee and mentor junior and senior tax staff
Participate in and lead client meetings and tax planning discussions
Collaborate with Partners on tax strategy and advisory work
Support client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
Assist with workflow management and engagement oversight

Experience Level
Open to:
Current Tax Manager OR
5+ year Senior Tax professional ready to step into a Manager role OR
Tax Supervisor ready to take the next step

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (B.S. required; M.S. a plus)
Active CPA license required
4–8+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong experience with business returns and individual tax
Prior experience reviewing returns and mentoring staff
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Desire to grow within a firm long-term
