The Role

As an Audit Manager, you will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will play a key role in supervising teams, maintaining high technical standards, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan audit and review engagements from start to finish
  • Apply advanced knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to resolve complex accounting and audit issues
  • Serve as the primary client contact and build long‑term client relationships
  • Coordinate services across client groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Seniors and Supervisors
  • Review workpapers and financial statements for quality and accuracy
  • Participate in networking and business development activities
  • Support firm growth through referrals and client expansion
  • Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 5–9 years of public accounting audit experience
  • Active CPA license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Prior experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Professional, dependable, and client‑focused mindset
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • Experience with audit engagement software a plus
