Audit Senior

Senior Auditor | St. Louis, MO

We're currently partnered with a well-established CPA firm in the St. Louis area that is looking to add a Senior Auditor to their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and executing key components of audit and assurance engagements
• Performing audit procedures in higher-risk and complex areas
• Preparing and reviewing audit documentation and workpapers
• Communicating directly with clients and serving as a day-to-day point of contact
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff during engagements
• Assisting with planning, execution, and completion of audits in accordance with GAAS and SSARS

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's a plus)
• 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience
• CPA or CPA-eligible with plans to obtain licensure
• Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and audit procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines

Compensation:

$75,000 – $100,000 base + bonus potential
