We are hiring for a Chief Technology Officer ASAP

Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas and Makati

Day shift and salary will be based on experience

Must have at least 10+ years of experience in IT management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering IT roadmaps and managing large-scale technology projects.
  • Experience in the online gaming, fintech, or similarly regulated industries preferred
  • Strong expertise in data management, including database architecture, data governance, and analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience working within compliance-related or compliance-focused industries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT development team, ensuring adherence to project timelines as well as uptime, stability, and security of systems and infrastructure.
  • Deliver the IT roadmap in alignment with company strategy, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data management, including structuring, storage, processing, and analytics, to enhance audit accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with all relevant regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices, particularly in the context of online gambling compliance.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of IT tools, platforms, and environments to support operational excellence.
  • Oversee IT recruitment processes, including defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting technical assessments, and ensuring the selection of talent that aligns with both the companys technical needs and compliance-driven culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, implementing upgrades and enhancements where needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and ensure IT services meet operational requirements.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective investments in hardware, software, and services.
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external technology providers, vendors, and regulatory technology partners.
  • Support innovation initiatives, identifying emerging technologies that can improve efficiency, compliance, and market competitiveness.
