We are hiring for a Sr Managing Director for a Media Localization/Dubbing Company based in the Philippines (Makati)

This is an onsite work, Mon to Fri with a regular day shift schedule.

Salary is up to 310K based on experience

Salary: Up to PHP 310,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Managing Director to lead and oversee operations for a media localization/dubbing business in the Philippines. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and alignment with global strategy.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years experience in dubbing or media localization
• 3+ years in senior leadership role
• Strong background in post-production or media services
• Proven ability to manage teams and complex operational environments
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
