Sales Development Representative_Onsite_Nightshift_Iloilo and Davao_Up to 30K

We are hiring for a Sales Development Representative for a client based in Iloilo and Davao.

This is an Onsite work following a Nightshift schedule.

Salary is up to ₱30,000.00 based on experience.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Marketing, with proficiency in LinkedIn and sales strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in an office-based setup.

Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound sales outreach, including cold-calling, email, and social media engagement, to identify, attract, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers.
• Deliver effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to specific customer needs and interests to convert potential leads into customers.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, including pre-qualifying leads, arranging sales presentations and consultations, and ensuring sustained engagement through diligent follow-ups.
• Provide comprehensive details about products or services, addressing customer inquiries effectively, while maintaining discretion on pricing until appropriate.
• Proactively source potential customer data from various channels and diligently follow up on sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Accurately document customer details, responses, and transactional information, maintaining a meticulous log of interactions and lead progress.
• Conduct market research and client surveys to collect insights about potential clients, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback and undertake additional responsibilities, including non-voice tasks, as directed by the supervisors.
