BIM Coordinator_Hybrid_Dayshift_MOA,Pasay City_Up to 90K

We are hiring for a BIM Coordinator for a client based in Mall of Asia, Pasay City

This is a Hybrid work following a Dayshift schedule

Salary is up to ₱90,000.00 based on experience

Main Requirements:

• Experience with Australian infrastructure or building projects.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. Dynamo, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with GIS platforms and spatial data formats.
• Experienced or interested in working with data (Excel, GIS, scripting).
• Familiar with BIM tools and workflows (e.g. Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, Revizto,etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Run model coordination and clash detection processes using industry-standard tools.
• Perform model exports/imports across various formats including IFC mapping.
• Conduct model QA and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Use client-side BIM review tools (e.g. Revizto) to manage and close coordination issues.
• Populate and QA metadata within models.
• Create and edit Excel-based spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Support GIS-related tasks and spatial data integration.
• Assist with scripting and automation to improve workflows.
• Contribute to project documentation aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
