What You'll Need

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with macros and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

About The Role A highly organised and analytical professional responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing an Excel-based CRM system to support sales development operations and lead management. This role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and performance visibility across the sales development function.

What You'll Do

  • CRM Design & Maintenance: Build and scale a custom Excel-based CRM (utilising Macros and Power BI), ensuring stability, usability, and adaptability to team needs.
  • SDR Tab Management: Create and manage individual SDR tabs with standardised fields for prospect data, including contact details, provider info, device types, and expiry timelines.
  • Data Standardisation & Quality Control: Implement dropdown menus and formatting rules to ensure consistency across disposition, sentiment, and cadence types; regularly audited SDR-entered data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead Management & Distribution: Maintain master account lists and distribute monthly lead allocations; de-duplicate records across SDR tabs to prevent overlap.
  • Cadence & Outreach Structuring: Organise SDR outreach workflows and cadence templates for streamlined engagement.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Automate dashboards utilising Power BI and Macros to monitor key SDR metrics (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities); track individual and team performance using status fields and build summary reports for leadership.
  • Insights & Analytics: Developed heatmaps and trend reports to identify high-performing activities; supported campaign effectiveness reviews and lead quality assessments.
