We are looking for a Sr Vice President of Operations for a client that is currently located in Ortigas but will move to Makati in 2026

This innovative automated auditing and AI-powered analysis firm is already an international leader in its field, creating regulatory products and services that support one of the fastest-growing global industries.

This role is a fully onsite work with a day Shift Schedule but must be open to schedule extensions/adjustments if and when needed
The client is in the IT Solutions, AI, Audit and Regulatory Industry, founded and started in PH but expanding globally.
- The SVP of Operations will be directly responsible for the oversight and operational management of the Account Management, Compliance, and Market Analysis teams, while supporting various department heads and guiding company-wide management functions.
- This role is central to ensuring the company runs efficiently, cohesively, and in line with its strategic objectives.
- This candidate is the internal engine and driver of consistency, execution, and alignment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, execution-focused leader who excels in people management, process improvement, and building operational excellence across departments through individual managers.
JOB COMPETENCIES:
1. 15 years of Senior management experience within a high-growth business or within a fast-paced Fin-tech setting.
2. Be willing to roll-up your sleeves and participate in company expansion efforts.
3. Experience working within compliance-related or compliance-focused industries.
4. Proven ability to be organized to manage multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams while balancing and making decisions related to competing priorities across departments.
5. Outgoing personality and strong execution skills with a bias for action and follow- through.
6. Exceptional organizational, time management, and coordination abilities .
7. Ability to manage and oversee high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail
8. Adept at developing and maintaining operational processes, KPIs, and staff development.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can lead with clarity and influence others effectively.
10. Masters degree in business administration or management or uniquely equivalent experience highly desirable.
11. Bachelors degree in business administration or management required.
12. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Philippines; knowledge of local business culture is an advantage.

12. Provide operational support to function areas including HR, IT, Finance, and Project Management. Ensure policies, systems, and corporate processes are working effectively and consistently across the company.
