We are hiring a Pump Maintenance Specialist for a client based in Quezon City.

Work Setup: On-site, Day Shift

Location: Global One, Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City

Salary is up to 100,000 based on experience


What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or at least 5 years experience in managing repairs and maintenance works.
  • Background in working with oil or petroleum companies/stations such as Shell, Seaoil, particularly with underground tanking systems.
  • Proficiency with Maintenance Management Systems or CMMS tools such as Maximo, Simpro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with OH&S legislative requirements in retail, petrol, or convenience industries.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans.
  • Demonstrated track record in improving maintenance processes, performance, and cost
    efficiency.

Your Role:

As a Pump Maintenance Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the national service provider responsible for fuel system and hose maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee pump maintenance activities (fuel or oil), ensuring optimal performance, reliability,and safety.
  • Leverage CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, Simpro) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset histories.
  • Review service provider performance through data analysis, audits, and stakeholder feedback to drive accountability and continuous improvement. 
  • Coordinate urgent and preventive maintenance works, allocating resources based on service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and industry best practices for retail, petroleum, and convenience environments.
  • Manage subcontractors for repairs, upgrades, and projects, prioritizing quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, update CMMS systems, and ensure timely processing of work orders.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal departments, service providers, and contractors to align objectives and streamline execution.
