We are hiring for a Senior Account Manager for a client based in Clark Pampanga.

This is an Onsite work following a Dayshift schedule

Salary is up to ₱60,000.00 plus incentives based on experience

Non -negotiable Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in client-facing roles in account management or sales, preferably with prior experience in B2B solutions, systems integration, or outsourcing.
  • A proven track record of managing major client relationships and growing accounts is essential.
  • Outstanding English language skills, both written and verbal. Knowing how to speak the local dialect (Kapampangan) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM solutions and familiarity with other sales and account management tools. Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Other requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to client needs and concerns.
  • Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue within new or existing accounts by offering new product solutions and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Head of level stakeholders both externally with clients and internally within the organization.
  • Account Management Fundamentals: Oversee the day-to-day management accounts and ensure the fundamentals of account management are completed to a high standard.
  • Financial and Commercial Management: Manage financial, commercial, and legal discussions with clients, including negotiations, contract renewals, and compliance with all agreements.
  • Client Experience and Value Delivery: Continuously strive to deliver exceptional client service and find new ways to add value to the client- business relationship. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Utilization of CRM: Effectively use CRM to manage client information, communication logs, and action items. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective account tracking and reporting.
  • Sales Skills: Utilize sales skills to not only maintain accounts but also expand them. Includes pitching additional services, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals.
