Sales Development Representatives Bilinguals (Vietnamese)_100%Remote

We are hiring for Sales Development Representatives Bilinguals (Vietnamese).

This is 100% purely remote.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience including but not limited to Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Translation
• Must be good in English and local language (Vietnamese)

Responsibilities:

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Content Translation from English to Vietnamese (Local Language) and outreach customization in line with local market strategy
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Multi-Channel outreach via call, email, social media (LinkedIn), Instant Messaging and events marketing
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target prospects
• Gather and validate information (Company Information, Contact Information, Tech Stack etc) from the contact engagement, online sources and lists purchased from other organizations
• Document in the CRM what transpired in the conversations and engagements with target prospects including their current setup, evaluation timelines, pain points etc
• Schedule appointments (online or face to face) for the client's sales representative/s to meet with the target prospects and attend sales presentations/discovery calls.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Report to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and will undergo product training and support
• Program Assignment: Minimum of 2 Accounts
• Utilize the client's CRM for outreach and record updates
• Other tasks that are assigned by the direct supervisor
