We are hiring for a Deal Desk Quality Manager/Operations Manager for a client located in Mandaluyong

This is an onsite work with shifting schedule, with a salary of up to 120K

At least 3 years of Leadership Experience and 1 year of experience in Order Management or Order to Cash would be non negotiable

  • Candidate must possess at least have completed 2 years in college
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a Quality Management role (ideal)
  • Minimum of 3 years on a Managerial capacity (required)
  • Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order Management, Operations, or Order to Cash (required)
  • Expertise with QA and Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines
  • Experience coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
  • Strong Analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metric
  • Ability to understand contracts
  • Experience with complex deal structuring
  • Experience in Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience working with the full Microsoft office suite and Google suite
  • Must have knowledge on Quality Management framework
  • English Proficiency of at least C1
