We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a client based in Iloilo.

Salary is up to 80k with commission.

It is a work-on-site setup, Monday to Friday.

Candidates must be flexible and able to work different shifts as required.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience of at least three (3) years as a Business Development Manager for a company in a related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, for managing client data and tracking sales activities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to prospective clients.
  • Skilled in lead generation through both inbound and outbound strategies, including cold outreach and relationship-based referrals.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools, especially Google Sheets, for data management and reporting.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Management teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate sales records and client information.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

The Business Development Representative connects Marketing and Sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities through customer outreach. This role involves generating and nurturing leads, closing deals, and ensuring after-sales service to drive sales and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Hit or exceed a set monthly sales quota and a fixed revenue per lead target.
  • Present the company and its services to all leads assigned by the Marketing and the Inside Sales groups.
  • Nurture these leads and attempt to turn them into customers.
  • Generate new leads via cold marketing and create a unique network of relationships by leveraging existing networks to secure ongoing introductions and referrals.
  • Record all sales activities in the Hubspot CRM and all other tools provided.
  • Update client information in the company contact database in the Hubspot CRM.
  • Report a monthly forecast.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management to improve company's reputation, competitive advantage, and product specifics.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing reach.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor or CEO.
