Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer_Hybrid_Shifting_BGC_Up to 170K

We are hiring for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer for a client based in BGC.

This is a Hybrid work following a Shifting schedule.

Salary is up to ₱170,000.00 based on experience.

Main Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science or related quantitative field
• Demonstrated experience as an IT infrastructure Engineer, preferably in the financial industry and international setting
• Demonstrated experience in being part of and leading projects focused on subject technologies
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS management, deployment, hardening, configuration and troubleshooting Solid knowledge of VMWare vSphere
• Solid knowledge of PKI infrastructure, concepts and deployments
• Solid knowledge of networking and security concepts
• Solid understanding and practical experience of ITSM/ITIL
• Strong skills in personal organization, prioritization, project management and complex problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment ·
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present and sell her/his ideas/projects to senior stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking skills to understand business pain points and propose effective solutions
• Relevant Industry certifications would be advantageous (AWS, Terraform, Gitlab,etc.)

Other Requirements:

• Good know-how of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Good know-how of Relational Database Services (SQL)
• Experience working within an Agile framework (Kanban)
• VMware vSphere know-how and experience
• Experience in financial services and / or regulated environments

• Engineer:
• Design, deploy and maintain Hybrid Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Group Policies and Entra ID interfacing services, as well as its overall security hardening
• Design and maintain messaging platforms based on Exchange Online and AWS SES
• Design, deploy and maintain internal and external DNS infrastructure, based on Active Directory and AWS Route 53 and its overall security hardening
• Design, deploy and maintain Enterprise PKI and its overall security hardening
• Design, deploy and maintain Entra ID and its overall IdP features
• Design, management and hardening of Windows Server product
• Participate and support the transition of existing on-premise infrastructure to AWScloud services
• Automate:
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management and deployment processes, mainly based on PowerShell and Service-Now.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Implement automated monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues

• Provide second and third level support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
• Work closely and collaborate with other IT and cross-functional teams, including network, security and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure components.
