Senior DevOps Engineer (M/F)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a multinational company based in Casablanca, for a DevOps Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute integration and testing strategies, including performance, load, high availability, security, and accuracy testing.

• Ensure traceability and full coverage of functional and technical requirements.

• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery practices to optimize delivery workflows.

• Build and manage integration environments; oversee the installation and upgrade of solutions.

• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues by analyzing logs and behavior; report and follow up on incidents until resolution.

• Produce comprehensive documentation for installation, testing, operations, and system administration.

• Deliver training to customers as well as support and maintenance teams.

• Provide technical input to support pre-sales activities.

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and integration engineers; coordinate team tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the DevOps team.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Research and Development, Product Management, and Customer Support.

• Support and guide junior team members on technical topics and project execution.
