LATAM Partners is seeking a highly empathetic and proactive Strategic Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in Guadalajara. Key Responsibilities
People Support & Engagement
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with employees to understand their needs, provide support, and promote personal and professional growth.
- Serve as a reliable, empathetic point of contact for employees and candidates to resolve work-related or logistical concerns.
- Collaborate with client companies to align on career development plans and gain insight into employee well-being.
- Create and share monthly reports based on KPIs related to people engagement and satisfaction.
Administrative Operations
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Bamboo HR as our central HR platform.Ensure all employee data, onboarding processes, performance evaluations, time off, and documentation are up to date and properly maintained.
Wellbeing & Office Culture
- Plan and coordinate initiatives that support employee well-being, such as team-building events, wellness activities, and community engagement.
- Help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven workplace aligned with LATAM Partners mission.
Learning & Development
- Organize monthly or bi-monthly learning sessions focused on soft skills, communication, leadership, and relevant technologies (e.g., AI).
- Work closely with team members to identify learning needs and customize development opportunities.
Benefits & Vendor Coordination
- Support employee enrollment and communication for preventive private health insurance through Meddi Salud Inteligente and Sofía Business.
- Maintain relationships with benefits providers and ensure team members are informed and supported.
