Overview:
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (with frequent travel to the U.S.)
Employment Type: Full-time (flexible schedule based on CEOs needs)

Executive & Operational Support

Manage the CEOs calendar, inbox, priorities, and travel arrangements with discretion and accuracy.

Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, legal documents, and key correspondence.

Coordinate business logistics across Mexico and the U.S.

Lead and support high-priority projects and strategic tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key partners.

Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups, ensuring accountability on action items.

Represent the CEO professionally in meetings, calls, and high-level communications.
Business & Strategy Support
Assist with tracking strategic goals, managing performance indicators, and coordinating business initiatives.

Conduct research, compile business intelligence, and support executive decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to align execution with leadership priorities.
Office & Team Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for internal team coordination.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal team-building activities when needed.

Maintain systems for documentation, file management, and internal process tracking.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships, handling operations, and working independently in dynamic environments.
- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs, and productivity platforms.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Business-minded, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
