Customer Service Officer (West)

 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders using WMS/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams on order fulfilment and deliveries
  • Monitor order status and follow up on delays or exceptions.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment/order status.
  • Prepare logistics documents (DO, packing list, invoice, POD).
  • Support inventory checks, discrepancy investigations, and customer reports.
  • Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and service requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or logistics.
  • Experience in 3PL /contract logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Familiar with WMS/ERP systems preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Able to work overtime when required
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays according to roster
