Customer Service Officer (West)
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders using WMS/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams on order fulfilment and deliveries
- Monitor order status and follow up on delays or exceptions.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment/order status.
- Prepare logistics documents (DO, packing list, invoice, POD).
- Support inventory checks, discrepancy investigations, and customer reports.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and service requirements.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or logistics.
- Experience in 3PL /contract logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Familiar with WMS/ERP systems preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Able to work overtime when required
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays according to roster
