Job Descriptions
- Oversee and coordinate all facilities maintenance services, ensuring efficient operations and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Supervise improvement works and ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and liaise with consultants, clients, and external contractors/vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and engineering (M&E) projects.
- Monitor and address system breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspection to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets quality standards.
- Identify and recommend necessary improvement works to enhance service levels and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and manage quotations for maintenance and repair services as required.
Requirements
- Min 4 years of experience in Facility Management or related field.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, M&E Systems and compliance requirements
- Good problem-solving skills, attentions to details and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
