Production Coordinator

 Job Description:


Role and Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer order backlog to create production schedule.

  • Release production orders and coordinate production operations following material

    availability.

  • Coordinate with the material replenishment team on material shortages and discuss solutions to

    improve OTD and customer satisfaction.

  • Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays in production.

  • Liaise with Front Office and support functions to address delivery issues.

  • Address customers' delivery-related requests.

  • Communicate customer special requirements to production operations.

  • Prepare status and performance reports.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
