Lift Technicians (Island-wide/ Own Vehicle)

Location: Island wide

Working Hours: 5.5 days week

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing lifts and escalators maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization.
  • Recommend and plan the repair or replacement of non-standard lift parts.
  • Analyze and track recurring faults; arrange investigations and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate lift certification audits and permit renewals.
  • Prepare monthly reports on lift performance, faults, downtime, and improvements.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and risk management standards.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with contractors and supervise lift and escalator service schedules.
  • Support consultants in lift replacement and modernization projects.

Requirements

  • NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (M&E discipline).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the lift & escalator industry or related field.
  • Able to read technical manuals and diagrams
  • Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and safety procedures
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Must have own vehicle
