Lift Technicians (Island-wide/ Own Vehicle)

Location: Island wide
Working Hours: 5.5 days week
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing lifts and escalators maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization.
- Recommend and plan the repair or replacement of non-standard lift parts.
- Analyze and track recurring faults; arrange investigations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate lift certification audits and permit renewals.
- Prepare monthly reports on lift performance, faults, downtime, and improvements.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and risk management standards.
- Conduct monthly meetings with contractors and supervise lift and escalator service schedules.
- Support consultants in lift replacement and modernization projects.
Requirements
- NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (M&E discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the lift & escalator industry or related field.
- Able to read technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and safety procedures
- Team player with positive attitude
- Must have own vehicle
