Solution Architect, EU based

We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Intelligent Automation to design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions combining RPA and AI technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with UiPath and modern AI-driven automation approaches, and is capable of translating business needs into scalable, production-ready architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using RPA and AI technologies
• Lead solution design and implementation across UiPath platforms, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven automation solutions
• Design and implement agent-based workflows using Agentic frameworks, AI Center, and Document Understanding capabilities
• Define and implement cross-platform orchestration across tools such as UiPath, Gemini Enterprise, and Copilot ecosystems
• Design CI/CD strategies and reusable automation frameworks to support enterprise-scale deployments
• Establish automation best practices, governance standards, and architecture guidelines
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, technical diagrams, runbooks, and documentation
• Mentor automation engineers and support Product Owners and Business Analysts in refining requirements
• Ensure high-quality delivery of automation services aligned with enterprise standards

Requirements:

• 7–12 years of experience in RPA, automation architecture, or related roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with UiPath (including Orchestrator and Document Understanding)
• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven and agent-based automation solutions (e.g., LLM-based workflows, Copilot, Gemini)
• Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade automation architectures with complex integrations
• Experience with API-based integrations and workflow orchestration across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, environment setup, and automation lifecycle management
• Solid experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise or similar AI platforms
• Exposure to tools like n8n or other workflow orchestration platforms
• Experience in enterprise-level automation programs or digital transformation initiatives
